The Misool

This collection is about Lagoon, flora and fauna of Misool Island, Papua, Indonesia. it has interesting texture and shapes which I recreated with textile manipulation. I did laser cut a Mandarin fish shapes to the bag and insert organza, so it look like sea. Furthermore, the soft corals texture and Lagoon surface, I delivered with embroidered different beads and  Canadian smocking. I want to people know the beautiful Misool Island through this bag design.
